Bronnercom reorganizes business to integrate Web, technology capabilities

Bronnercom, Boston, is reorganizing its businesses to better serve clients in the digital and e-commerce economy. Bronnercom has combined database, teleservices and customer base management capabilities of direct marketing agency Bronner Slosberg Humphrey with the capabilities of Strategic Interactive Group, Bronnercom's interactive agency; promoted Harvey Kipnis to president of BSH; and named regional presidents of each Bronnercom office (New York, Boston, San Francisco and London). Kathy Biro continues as CEO of SIG, as well as vice chairman of Bronnercom. Michael Ward continues as president of SIG.
