SOMERSET, N.J.-Brother International Corp. last week unveiled a value-price laser printer line including an entry-level model for $399.

The company will push the home and office line with a multimillion-dollar fourth-quarter TV, radio and print campaign from Milton Samuels Advertising, New York, and retailer co-op ads.

Brother, a leading typewriter marketer, has been in the printer business since the 1970s but now has only about 1% of the laser market.
