RelevantKnowledge releases customer list

Internet measurement company RelevantKnowledge today announced its first client list, a group comprising Web advertisers, ad agencies, Internet companies and analysts. Included are American Greetings Corp., D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Infoseek, Netscape and others.

Zulu-tek acquires Softbank Interactive

Internet advertising company Zulu-tek acquired Softbank Interactive Marketing from Softbank Holdings. Andy Batkin, chairman of Softbank Interactive Marketing, will leave Softbank to become CEO of Interactive Marketing, Manhattan Beach, Calif., an Internet marketing company he founded in 1991.

Separately, Softbank Holdings will make a minority investment in online community GeoCities. Search engine Yahoo! also said it is making a $5 million minority investment in GeoCities and Web broadcaster AudioNet.
