Bulova theme offers time

Bulova Corp., Woodside., N.Y., will push its watches as "The Gift of Time" in a new campaign developed by DePlano Design Communications, New York. The campaign, to break in December, includes outdoor boards in 30 cities and page ads in national magazines. It will be supported by displays, counter cards and posters.
