Burda, Rizzoli link

Germany's Burda Publishing Group and Italy's Rizzoli are forming a joint venture to launch magazines internationally. Burda will acquire an initial 20% stake (later increasing to 40%) in a new publishing house into which Rizzoli will bring its magazines Amica, Oggi, Anna, Capital and Max. Burda will also buy 50% of Rizzoli's 75% stake in Hamburg-based publishing house Milchstrasse with its best selling titles TV Spielfilm, Fit for Fun and Cinema.
