Greg Bustin, 39, formerly exec VP-general manager of Edelman Worldwide, Dallas, has purchased Tracy-Locke Public Relations from DDB Needham Worldwide Dallas Group for an undisclosed sum.

The new agency, which has been renamed Bustin & Co., will provide public relations services to DDB Needham's clients. The alliance will allow Mr. Bustin, president, to develop his own client base.

At the time of the sale, Tracy-Locke's clients included Pepsi-Cola Co., Kenneth Leventhal & Co., Mrs. Baird's, Lisa Frank and Children's Medical Center.

Before joining Edelman in 1990, Mr. Bustin was senior VP-general manager of Tracy-Locke, where he started in 1983.
