C/NET: The Computer Network added three editorial staffers. Barry Parr, formerly project development manager for Mercury Center, the online version of the San Jose Mercury News, joins as VP-news, CNET.COM. Tim Clark, Silicon Valley bureau chief of Interactive Week, moves to CNET.COM as senior editor of news. Mike Ricciuti, formerly Boston bureau chief for International Data Group's InfoWorld, is opening an East Coast news bureau in Cambridge, Mass., for CNET.COM, supplementing C/NET's San Francisco headquarters.
