Cable Internet provider makes an IPO

At Home Corp., a cable TV company that provides Internet services to homes and businesses, announced Friday its initial public offering of 9 million shares of Series A Common Stock at a price of $10.50 per share. All of the shares were sold by the company. It has approximately 117.5 million shares outstanding after the offering.
