The Little Caesars Pizza spokescharacter is having a midlife crisis as his namesake chain turns 40. A spot marking the anniversary depicts the character as a single guy using a pizza deal to lure an attractive blonde into his snappy new Dodge Viper. The commercial, from Bozell Worldwide, Southfield, Mich., touts the chain's value positioning. The TV, radio and point-of-purchase campaign also promotes a new customer deal: two 12-inch pizzas with one topping and four Little Debbie dessert cakes for $11.97. Copywriter: Mark Simon. Art
