Call For Entries: Best Awards, Agency Report

Advertising Age's annual creative contest, the Ad Age Best, returns to its origins as a selection by Ad Age editors of the most outstanding TV and print work of the year.

There is no admission fee or entry form. Ad Age editors will review TV and print ads and choose winners based on creative excellence.

Agencies should submit two copies of a tape of up to 15 of their 2001 best spots; and their best magazine, newspaper and out-of-home ads, preferably on a disk.

Include a list of all commercials, and put them on the tape in the following order: alcohol; apparel; cars; entertainment/media; financial services; grocery/retail/fast food; PSA; soft drinks; technology; toiletries; and miscellaneous.


To be eligible, work must have broken during 2001 in the U.S.

Send work to Ad Age Best, 711 Third Ave., New York, NY 10017-4036 by March 4 to be included in the judging. Ad Age Best winners will be announced in the May 6 issue. For details, see AdAge.com.
