There were a record 279 entries this year. Finalists include HSR Business to Business' "Tree-Hugger" for USG, BBDO Minneapolis's "Elevator" for Allsteel and Ogilvy's "Wheel" for DHL Express.
"If there is a trend here, it's that the ad agencies are really beginning to fill the 'in print, in person, online' model in the business-to-business space," said Gordon T. Hughes II, president-CEO of American Business Media.
Had to appear in ABM publication
To be eligible for the CEBA awards, the ads had to appear in an American Business Media member publication between May 1, 2006, and April 30, 2007. The finalists were selected by a team of judges led by Lynn Giordano, CCO, Gotham Inc.
The winners will be announced Oct. 3 at the Allen Room in Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center.
