Campbell cooks up new structure

Published on .

In a new divisional realignment announced today, Campbell Soup Co. abolished its global brand development title, a post that combined oversight of the company's total advertising and promotion budget. As a result of the restructuring that breaks the company into two operating divisions--Campbell International & Specialty Foods and U.S. Grocery--David Albright, VP-global brand development, moves to president, Pepperidge Farm, Norwalk, Conn. He succeeds Dale Morrison, 47, who takes the new post of president, Campbell International & Specialty Foods. Robert Bernstock, 46, continues as president-U.S. grocery. Under the more decentralized structure, media and marketing falls under Rob Desatnick, VP-global advertising and promotion services, who reports to Mr. Morrison.
