Campbell Soup in agency shifts

Campbell Soup today shuffled the roster on its $250 million account, adding Young & Rubicam Worldwide. Y&R gets an estimated $20 million in billings for Chunky soup in North America, formerly at BBDO Worldwide, New York, as well as an estimated $25 million in billings for the company's recently acquired Erasco soup brand in Germany and Belgium. BBDO Worldwide keeps the company's red-and-white soup business in North America, as well as Home Cookin' soups. FCB/Leber Katz Partners wins the estimated $20 million Pace sauces business from Termerlin McClain, Dallas, which drops off the roster, while Bates Worldwide adds Delacre, the company's European biscuit subsidiary. Pepperidge Farm remains at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, New York. The company said the shift was made to "globally align its ad agencies."
