Canadian ad network launches

Canada's two leading Internet advertising companies have combined to offer the first national network that reaches the country's English- and French-speaking markets. A new alliance of ClickThrough Interactive of Toronto and of Montreal now means "one-stop, consolidated buying" for cross-Canada Web advertising, said ClickThrough president Jay Aber. A growing number of marketing strategies are calling for Canada-wide Internet advertising and that sparked the alliance, said the companies.
