Canadian group names Decrni

Richard Decerni has been named president-CEO of the Canadian Newspaper Association, Toronto, effective Oct. 1. He is currently Ontario's deputy minister for education and training and acting deputy minister of intergovernmental affairs. CNA was launched July 1, replacing two former associations--the Canadian Daily Newspaper Association and the Newspaper Marketing Bureau.
