Canadian Internet provider and digital TV service Look Communications, Toronto, touts customizable offerings in its first-ever major-market campaign, budgeted at $14 million. TV, radio and newspaper ads in Canada tout Look features that include parental Internet filters and technical help in a variety of languages. Separate spots promote Look's Internet service and its digital TV offerings. ZiG handled creative and Carat Canada handled media buying.
