Candie's names finalists

Footwear marketer Candie's, Inc., Purchase, N.Y., has named finalists in their $12 million advertising review: Avrett Free & Ginsburg, DiMassimo Brand Advertising and Spike/ DDB, all New York. A decision will be made in December, according to David Conn, Candie's director of marketing.
