Also in the newspaper category, Optimum Media Direction Hungary, Budapest, won a Media Lion for "Your Voice" for Vodafone.
The two Media Lion winners for best use of TV are: Bester Burke D'Arcy, Cape Town, for "Ally McBeal" for Associated Magazine's Cosmopolitan and Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore., for "Live TV" for Nike's Cross-Training Latin America.
The Media Lion winner in the best use of cinema category is Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, Auckland, for "Evecons Exhibition Cinema Campaign" for Wellington City Gallery.
The two Media Lion winners in the best use of magazines category are: Zenith Media Taiwan, Taipei, for "Nokia 8210" for Nokia's 8210 mobile phone; and ALMAP/ BBDO, Sao Paulo, for "Airbags in Magazines" and "Quattro Traction," both for Audi.
The Media Lion winner for best use of outdoor is Mediacom, Copenhagen, for "Catwalk" for Kansas Workwear.
In the special events/stunts category, the three Media Lion winners are: Weber Hodel Schmid Zurich, for "Smuggled Holiday Snaps" for Graubunden Holidays; Mediacom, Vienna, for "Mobile-Network Test" for One-Mobile-Network; and Leo Burnett Warsaw for "Ikea Poznan Protest" for Ikea Poland.
The two Media Lion winners for best use of mixed media are: Ogilvy & Mather Rightford Searle-Tripp & Makin, Cape Town, for "David Copperfield" for Cape Talk radio station; and Zegers DDB, Santiago, Chile, for "Tapsin a New Candidate for President" for Laboratorio Maver.
