Captain D's, a Nashville-based seafood restaurant chain, launched a review for the broadcast creative portion of its $5 million to $10 million account. Incumbent Valentine Radford, Kansas City, Mo., declined to participate. Captain D's awarded broadcast media buying and planning to CPM Media Management, Chicago, and collateral creative and print media to Project Marketing, Nashville.
