New ads from Pizza Hut, Long John
Pizza Hut will start advertising for its new Chicken-Topped Pizza line in a TV roadblock next Monday night. Two TV spots from BBDO, New York, will back the item. One features a man who, thanks to Chicken-Topped Pizza, discovers it's OK to be "chicken." The other, "Opera Chicken," features a medley of clucking. Also on the fast-food front, Long John Silver's, Lexington, Ky., added Southwest Fiesta Fish to its menu and will introduce it with a new TV campaign and theme line: "Gotta getta little Long John's."
