Carnival launches 'no-smoking' ads

Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami, launched a print campaign promoting its new smoke-free cruise ship MS Paradise. The ad features a flag bearing the "no smoking" symbol of a cigarette behind a red circle with a slash mark, with the tagline, "There's only one cruise ship in the world that can fly this flag." The ad appears in ASTA Agency Management, Leisure Travel News, Travel Agent and Travel Weekly. Cooper HMS, Miami, handles. Smoking was banned during all phases of construction, and will not be allowed once the ship begins regular service in November.
