Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami, the week of Nov. 6 launches a TV campaign marking a new direction for the world's largest cruise line, a spokesman said, though he declined to provide further details. The effort isn't expected to include spokeswoman Kathie Lee Gifford or the animated starfish the company has used recently. Cooper HMS Partners handles.
