Greg Engen this year was promoted to director of catalog marketing services at the DynaMark subsidiary of Fair, Isaac & Co. DynaMark's core businesses are database marketing and list processing for clients in catalogs, financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail and telecommunications. Mr. Engen's main objective is to strengthen DynaMark's service to its seven existing catalog clients, as well as recruit new business. His catalog experience gives him an edge in understanding clients' needs. "I have insight into what they really want and need," he says.
