and FCB Worldwide, said executives involved in the search. Other contenders in the pitch included BBDO
Worldwide, which had a conflict with the Financial Times
online account just acquired by its New York office, and Grant, Scott & Hurley. The Playa del Rey, Calif., office of TBWA
/Chiat/Day handles ABC-TV's national branding effort. SF Interactive, San Francisco, currently handles online advertising for CBS MarketWatch.com, and MediaSmith handles media buying and planning.
