CBS drops Hispanic net

CBS Radio Networks will cease operating its six-year-old Spanish-language network, CBS Americas, April 12, citing lack of profitability. The network's news partner, United Press International, may continue the service, which has 60 U.S. affiliates as well as others in Mexico and Latin America.
