CBS-TV debuts ``Santo Bugito,'' a weekly animated series starring two Mexican-American ants, on Saturday morning, Sept. 16. Licensing agency Leisure Concepts has arranged licensing agreements between the new show and Tio Sancho packaged Mexican dinners and Uncle Milton Industries toys.
