Celebrity art auctioned online

Published on .

The Web gains a bit of celebrity color on Tuesday as Crayola launches the first celebrity art auction on the Web. More than 30 piece of art by such stars as Whoopi Goldberg, Phil Collins, Scottie Pippen and, fittingly, Mr. Rogers, will be auctioned. The proceeds will benefit Very Special Arts, a non-profit organization that promotes learning through the arts. The site also features information about the famous crayon company, including suggestions for removing crayon stains.
