Chase Bank on Sept. 3 breaks a long-awaited campaign incorporating the merged Chase Manhattan and Chemical banks with the new theme line, "The right relationship is everything." Two introductory :30s, running on spot TV, demonstrate Chase's customized consumer service options. McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York, handles; budget is estimated at $25 million to $30 million.
