Chase Manhattan Corp. cut to seven the agencies in its $40 million review. Insiders said incumbents Grey Advertising, and McCann-Erickson Worldwide both made the cut, as did Bozell Worldwide; D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles; Foote, Cone & Belding; Lowe & Partners/SMS; and Saatchi & Saatchi. Geduldig & Ferguson is handling.
