Chevrolet joins forces with ParentTime

General Motors Corp.'s Chevrolet Venture minivan announced its biggest Internet ad buy Thursday as the exclusive sponsor of the TravelTime section of ParentTime.

ParentTime, which is a joint venture between Procter & Gamble Productions and Time Warner Cable Programming, contains content from Time Warner and the ParentTime editorial staff. TravelTime is based on a family travel guide by author Pam Lanier, and will offer links to the Chevy Venture Web site. There will also be a sweepstakes giving away a free Venture, and Chevy will participate in ParentTime's "Do It Yourself on the Web Tour," a national effort to encourage more people to use the Web.
