Chevy Chicago dealer group still independent

Published on .

General Motors Corp.'s Chevrolet division will allow its Chicago regional dealer ad group to remain independent, not merging it into a larger region. The Chicago group's $25 million account remains at Lois/EJL, Chicago; there was no review. Chicago was to merge with Milwaukee and Madison, Wis., and parts of Indiana and Illinois, which now will hold a review for that area's $8 million account.
