General Motors' Chevrolet division on Thursday cut its list of 16 semifinalists to 13 agencies in the review to handle its dealer marketing groups' combined $300 million account. Dropped were Associated Advertising, Phoenix; Heathcotte & Associates, Little Rock, Ark.; and Parrish Marketing, Salt Lake City. Chevy and other GM divisions are trimming their dealer groups' rosters to present a more unified brand message.
