Digital City Arlington Heights bowed on the Web Monday as Chicago's first "virtual community," developed by the Chicago Tribune. The site offers news and information for residents and those interested in the town. Digital City Arlington Heights is the Chicago Tribune's first digital community-based news and information service. It is part of Digital City Chicago, a new service that in the coming months will appear on both the Web and America Online.
