Chisholm-Mingo wins Texaco ads

Texaco, White Plains, N.Y., added Chisholm-Mingo Group, New York, to its roster of agencies to expand African-American corporate communications. Texaco said the account will likely include advertising, events, Web-based activities and public relations. UniWorld Group will continue to handle African-American efforts for Texaco's retail products and services. Texaco agreed to a $175 million settlement on a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by minority staffers in 1996.
