Cisco Systems, Santa Clara, Calif., confirmed three finalists in its review to select a direct and interactive agency for its estimated $25 million account. They are: Kirschenbaum Bond & Partners West, Modem Media and Lot21, all San Francisco. A company spokeswoman said the Internet networking giant could eventually select one or two agencies to join Miller/Huber, San Francisco, the incumbent, in implementing direct and interactive responsibilities. Brotherton Consulting Group, San Rafael, Calif., is handling the review. A decision is expected within the next two months.
