Citizen cuts review to 4

Citizen Watch Co. of America will hear creative pitches from New York agencies Deutsch, McCann-Erickson Worldwide, DDB Needham Worldwide and Lowe & Partners/SMS for its $12 million to $15 million account. A decision is expected around March 1, said Peter Nicholson, VP-marketing. The review is being handled in-house. Citizen split with D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in December.
