CKS Group is in talks with New York Web developer SiteSpecific about a possible investment or acquisition, said Mark Kvamme, CKS chairman-CEO. SiteSpecific, whose clients include Duracell and Sabre Interactive, is known to be seeking a second round of funding. "They're one of the tens of people we're talking to," said Mr. Kvamme. "I should know more in the next two to three to four weeks." Current investor Harte-Hanks, which has a minority stake in the company, couldn't be reached for comment. SiteSpecific President Seth Goldstein said Harte-Hanks continues to support his agency.
