Clarion Marketing & Communications, Greenwich, Conn., is acquiring Fresh Perspectives, an Armonk, N.Y.-based promotion agency specializing in children-targeted marketing; its clients include Cadbury Beverages, Quaker Oats, Johnson & Johnson and the Discovery Channel. Clarion is a subsidiary of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles; Fresh Perspectives will be absorbed into its Clarion Promotion division.
