Clinique opens on Web

Published on .

Estee Lauder's Clinique division opened a Web site, created by CKS Interactive, Cupertino, Calif.

"We were one of the first brands that decided to let customers make decisions based on the facts," said Angela Kapp, executive director-special markets and technology. "Our work on the Web is an extension of that."

The site offers the same skincare quiz available in stores to guide product purchases and skincare information, and also includes an area for men. It also offers links to links to female-oriented content like Women's Wire and Conde Nast's gourmet-oriented Epicurious.
