John Cooper sees his move from the corporate world to president of Rapp Collins Worldwide's Toronto office as an opportunity to further the agency's relationships with clients. He believes the first step in improving a client's customer relationship is to cultivate the ties between agency and client. "I'm going to focus on having senior agency execs really become close to our clients and act both as top strategical advisers as well as partners in the industry," Mr. Cooper says. "Too often, senior execs at agencies aren't getting involved."
