New York City
The One Show's decision to hold its judging in New York City is intended to not only allow the jury members to take advantage of New York's entertainment and cultural offerings, Ms. Warlick says, but to also put the financial support of the Club behind the efforts to revitalize lower Manhattan. Judging sessions will take place both at the Club's gallery space on East 26th Street, where its terrace overlooking Madison Square will be welcomed by the Asian and British judges, who won't have to hop down to the street to catch a smoke, and at a downtown hotel.

The awards presentations themselves, long a fixture at Lincoln Center in early May, will be moving downtown as well, Ms. Warlick noted, to the rebuilt Winter Garden at the World Financial Center, across West Street from Ground Zero. The One Show's week-long festival of awards presentations, exhibitions and other events begins on Sunday, May 4, 2003 and concludes with the presentation of the One Show awards for traditional advertising and design on Friday, May 9, 2003.

Deadline for entry to all One Show competitions is January 24, 2003. Entry forms and details can be obtained at the Club's web site, www.oneclub.com. The Club is now able to accept all entry data online. For more information, contact Mary Warlick at 212-979-1900, or Anthony Vagnoni at 973-403-9815.
