CMGI to buy I/PRO

Software company CMGI, Andover, Mass., said it would acquire Internet Profiles Corp., Redwood City, Calif. Under the terms of the deal, Web auditing company I/PRO will be merged with CMGI's Engage Technologies subsidiary, which develops Web profiling and analysis software. Bradley Rode will remain president and CEO of I/PRO, reporting to Paul Schaut, president and CEO of Engage. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
