(June 12, 2001) -- Internet holding company CMGI, Andover, Mass., announced a net loss for its fiscal third quarter, ended April 30, of $963.3 million, or $2.80 per share, and an operating loss of $996.0 million for the quarter. During the previous year, the company reported a net loss of approximately $430 million or $1.53 per share.However, CMGI beat its earlier estimate for net revenue of between $280 million and $290 million, reporting $301 million, a 29% increase over the third quarter of fiscal year 2000. -- Adrienne Mand
