CMGI agreed to acquire a more than 80% stake in Adtech, a third-party,online ad serving company based in Frankfurt, on Dec. 31. Financial termswere not disclosed. CMGI is expected to integrate Adtech with theCupertino, Calif.-based ad serving company it has similarly agreed toacquire, AdForce, after the deals close. Adtech would then lead Europeanoperations for AdForce following AdForce shareholder approval.
