CMI targeting wealthy

Metro Elite, a recently created unit of CMI, West Chicago, Ill., next month will launch a direct mail program aimed at affluent households. Each Metro Elite piece will contain 12 ads for high-end marketers. The service will start in Chicago and expand to the 30 largest U.S. cities by the end of 1999.
