CNET Inc., in its first earnings report since going public July 2, said it lost $4.3 million on revenues of $2.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, vs. a loss of $2.8 million on revenues of $854,879 in the same period a year earlier. The Web and TV media company (http://www.cnet.com) said Internet ad revenues jumped 94% to $1.8 million in the second quarter compared with the first quarter; advertisers grew to 61 from 38.
