BOSTON (AdAge.com) -- Coca-Cola Co. said today it had agreed with British spirits company Diageo and French spirits group Pernod Ricard to acquire Seagram's Mixers business.

The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, brings ginger ales, tonic water and club sodas to the world's largest soft drink company.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Diageo and Pernod Ricard bought the Seagram spirits business from Vivendi Universal last year and had been working to sell the soft drink business.
