Coke Canada head to retire

TORONTO - Tony Eames, president-CEO of Coca-Cola Co. in Canada, will retire Jan. 4. Mr. Eames, 56, has been with Coke for 35 years, the last 13 as president-CEO. He's retiring to spend more time with his family at his farm north of Toronto. Succeeding Mr. Eames is Ed Shartar, 46, a Coke executive of 10 years, who is currently VP-regional manager of Canada for Coca-Cola North America.
