will replace the management of root beer maker Barq's Inc., which it acquired last week, and move Barq's offices to Coke headquarters, according to Rick Hill, Barq's VP-marketing. Bill Kelly, who left Procter & Gamble Co. in June to join Coke, will become brand manager of Barq's. Mr. Kelly is the fourth brand executive Coke has lured away from P&G in the past 12 months. Coke also is believed to be looking to appoint an agency for Barq's. A source at Leo Burnett
USA, Chicago, which handles Coke's Fruitopia brand, said the agency is the only one pitching the Barq's business.
