Coke, NFL go to movies with football trailer

Published on .

Coca-Cola Co. and the National Football League have created a movie trailer promoting the beginning of the 1997 NFL season. The trailer, which broke last weekend on 14,000 screens, was produced by NFL Properties, New York. Creative has actor George Wendt, Norm from "Cheers," imagining what going to a theater to watch a movie would be like if it were more like going to a football game. The trailer runs through October.
